RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. L & L Distributors will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 30 days of product receipt. Please contact us promply by e-mail in order for us to fill your claim.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
Returned items must be in new or unused condition. A 20% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. L & L Distributors reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as free goods, recieved as part of a promotional offer or sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may also be refused.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (C.O.D.'s will not be accepted). We do not refund shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
Exchanges:
We will happily exchange any of the products that you purchase for any reason. However, if you are exchanging a product due to wrong product ordered, wrong size, wrong color, wrong type, etc. or because you are not satisfied with the product you will be charged our standard shipping cost of $6.50 for UPS Ground to have the exchange product shipped back to you. (If you wish to have up graded shipping, we can do so, however, you will be charged for that up graded shipping cost).
If a product is being exchanged as a result of damage, manufactures defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.
How to return merchandise:
To return an item back to us we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number, reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address: L & L Distributors, P. O. Box 3437, Farmington Hills, MI 48333.
Returns should be shipped by UPS.
